Fees and Terms

• Fees:   Please send me an email to say when and where your party is so I can forward a quote for your event.  Include how many people I'm painting and the suburb where you are located and date and time of your event.
  I'm located in the north eastern suburbs and am happy to travel, however a small travel fee may apply if I have to travel some distance.  
  If you live in Warrandyte, I'll give you a 20% discount.
  I am not registered to charge GST.

• What you will need to do:  Give me a call or send me an email and I'll let you know if I am available  on your preferred date and provide you with a quote.  A  deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date so I will send you a booking form with payment details.    The balance of payment is due on arrival at the event.  

• Outdoors or indoors?  I am happy to paint outdoors but need shelter both in the winter months from rain and wind, and in the summer months from the hot sun.  If you would like me to paint outdoors, please provide me with some shelter. 
• How many faces can I paint?  The time to do each design varies depending on how detailed it is.  A simple cheek design might take 3 minutes but full faces take about 5 minutes, and occasionally special designs with a lot of work and detail may take up to 10 minutes.  I always take a little extra time with the birthday boy/girl so they get exactly what they want with all the extra trimmings!  If you have 20 party goers a 2 hour booking will be adequate for everyone to have at least one full face design, however don't forget about the siblings and parents that often ask to have their faces painted too!!  Many children will come back 2 or 3 times for another design once they see what their friends have painted on their faces and arms, so that is something to consider when calculating the booking time.
